A story to tell…

The villa is part of a historical residential complex of houses, built more than 100 years ago. Most of the original construction survived the disastrous earthquake of 1953. On the same remains and with new original plans the family rebuilt the houses.

This house was the first to be restored by the family and for several years  it was the main house of their grandfather ,the man that had the vision of the houses from the begging. He was a significant personality taking a strong political part at the countries events throughout the years from publications and newspapers. His strong character and taste can be seen all over the house, together with his collections of high quality wines and historical books. This house is full of hidden treasures and you will experience a stay, as if living in another era.

 The aim is to experience the same way of living like our ancestors had. The house is perfect for history lovers and the travelers that want more than an ordinary accommodation in a villa. The main facilities are adjusted in our modern times in order to make the accommodation as comfortable as it can be.

On the ground floor, the stone floor is the very original floor of the house, all the furniture are solid wood, antiques handmaid from famous local wood artist.

It’s a 3-story house.

The ground floor that is totally separated from the other 2 floors and consists of an open plan kitchen the dining room and an amazing traditional cellar. There is also a W.C.

The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances such as dish washer,

oven ,coffee maker, refrigerator and other small appliances.

On the first floor we find the main entrance that leads as to the spacious living room with big comfortable sofas a plasma-tv and a big wooden antique dining table.

On the same level is a bedroom with a single room and a wc.

Heading upstairs we find a beautiful wooden attic. There is a master king size bed , a bathroom and also there are 2 small spaces with one single bed each , perfect for a couple with infants or small children, who want to have them close to them during the night but still having their own spaces.

In the center of the complex is the 16th Century Church of St.Nicolas, fully restored as well, from the family.An ideal scenery for weddings ,gatherings and a perfect venue for vow renewals.
 

The area is called "The Quarter of the Angels" .

The residential complex is 100 meters from Il Borgo restaurant and the Olive Garden restaurant, and only 500 meters away from the entrance of the St.Georges Castle which is open for visitors and has a breath taking 360 view of the island. Its direct access to the main road brings you only 4 min by car away from all the areas amenities, super market and petrol station.

This amazing place of true tranquilityis 5klm from the Capital Argostoli, the Airport and the area of Lassi. The closest beaches of Ai-Hellis, Avithos, Lourdas e.t.c. are a 10min drive away.
